International Journal of Health Sciences and Engineering (IJHSE) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity in the content it publishes.

Responsible Research Publication:  Authors' Responsibilities

Authors are expected to conduct their research ethically and responsibly, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines. They must avoid scientific misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, or improper data manipulation.

Authors should clearly and transparently present their methods and results, ensuring originality and accuracy. All authors must have made significant contributions to the research and should be acknowledged accordingly.

Any conflicts of interest between authors and editors, editorial board members, or the International Scientific Committee must be disclosed.

Publication Decision

IJHSE employs a double-blind peer review process. The editor is responsible for selecting manuscripts that align with the journal's goals and contribute to the advancement of health sciences and engineering. Editorial decisions are made without bias, independent of any commercial interests.

Editors must recuse themselves from making editorial decisions if they have conflicts of interest. The responsibility for the final publication decision rests with an editor who has no conflicts of interest.

Conflict of Interest

Any conflict of interest involving the editor-in-chief, editorial board members, scientific committee members, or reviewers regarding an author or manuscript content will result in their removal from the evaluation process.

Peer Review

Each submitted article is evaluated by two anonymous expert peers selected by a member of the editorial board or the international scientific committee.

Reviewed articles are treated confidentially by editorial board members and reviewers.

Identifying and Preventing Misconduct

International Journal of Health Sciences and Engineering (IJHSE) does not condone misconduct and takes measures to prevent it by informing authors and reviewers of ethical conduct expectations.

Authors retain intellectual property and copyright of their original content. By publishing in JCARR, authors grant the journal exclusive first publication rights.

Authors must ensure the originality of their material and avoid plagiarism or false declarations.
