PLAGIARISM POLICY
The International Journal of Health Sciences and Engineering (IJHSE) maintains a strict commitment to academic integrity and ethical publishing practices. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, unpublished, and free from any form of plagiarism.
Plagiarism in any form—including direct copying, paraphrasing without proper citation, data fabrication, or unacknowledged use of others’ work—is considered a serious violation of publication ethics. To ensure originality, all submissions are thoroughly screened using advanced plagiarism detection software.
Authors are required to ensure that:
The submitted work is entirely original and properly cites all referenced sources.
Any reused text, figures, or data are appropriately acknowledged.
The manuscript is not under consideration or published elsewhere.
The journal generally considers a similarity index within acceptable academic limits (typically below 10–15%, excluding references and standard phrases). Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned for revision or rejected.
If plagiarism is identified at any stage of the publication process—whether during review or after publication—the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action, including manuscript rejection, publication retraction, and restriction on future submissions.
International Journal of Health Sciences and Engineering (IJHSE) adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics guidelines to ensure the integrity, transparency, and credibility of the research it publishes.
